Flight keys are ignored while a slider, list or text field has focus, so sliders keep their own arrow-key behaviour. Controls act through the simulation clock: while paused, held keys do not move the aircraft.
About this prototype
Genesis 001 is the opening stage of a long-term research platform. The globe, airport and aircraft geometry are illustrative. The flight model is a documented, software-tested point-mass approximation that has not been validated against reference flight data. No value shown here is a real observation or forecast.
